MORE STAYS ACCOMMODATION PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT
This Agreement is made on [Date] between:
MORE Ventures (hereinafter referred to as “Company”), owner of this accommodation platform MORE Stays (hereinafter referred to as “MORE Stays”), represented by Michelle Bayana Trillana, Founder
and
[Accommodation Name] (hereinafter referred to as “the Accommodation”) represented by [Stay Moderator Name] (hereinafter referred to as “the Stay Moderator”)
1. Purpose The Accommodation agrees to list its property on the MORE Stays platform, and MORE Stays agrees to promote the Accommodation to its users.
2. Listing Terms
- Listing Fee: Free for Lifetime
- Commission: 5% for the first 12 months, then 10% thereafter The Accommodation retains full control over room rates, availability, and photos through the dashboard.
3. Payment & Remittance MORE Stays will remit payments to the Accommodation minus applicable transaction and transfer fees according to the following schedule:
- GCash and Bank Transfer: within 3–5 business days after guest checkout
- Credit Card Payments: within 30 days after guest checkout
- PayPal Payments: within 5–7 business days after guest checkout
4. Refunds & Cancellations The Accommodation is responsible for its own cancellation and refund policy. In case of refunds, MORE Stays will deduct the refunded amount from future remittances. Any commission already paid on refunded bookings will be credited back to the Accommodation in the next payout.
5. No Liability for Hotel Service & Facilities MORE Stays acts only as a platform provider and is not involved in the actual operation of the Accommodation. MORE Stays shall have no liability whatsoever for the quality, safety, cleanliness, service standards, facilities, or any issues arising from the Accommodation’s accommodations, staff, or services. Guests book directly with the Accommodation, and any disputes regarding the stay shall be resolved between the guest and the Accommodation.
6. Obligations of the Accommodation
- Provide accurate information and high-quality photos.
- Update availability and rates in a timely manner.
- Honor all confirmed bookings received through MORE Stays.
- Maintain good service standards for guests.
- Fully comply with MORE Stays Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions of Use, and all other platform policies.
7. Obligations of MORE Stays
- Create and maintain a professional listing for the Accommodation.
- Promote the Accommodation through the platform and marketing channels.
- Provide timely booking reports and support.
- Remit payments according to the agreed schedule.
8. Term & Termination This Agreement is effective upon submission of this form and shall continue until terminated by either party with 30 days written notice. Either party may terminate immediately in case of material breach.
9. Data Privacy Both parties agree to comply with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
10. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
11. Entire Agreement This document contains the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior understandings.
