Description
There is no fee for a free listing. However to verify your authenticity, we shall be making a one-time charge of $1 on your card as our processing fee for verifying your identity as authentic.
Our premium listing process is as below:
- Create a premium listing
- Your credit card will be charged a one-time refundable fee of $1.
- Once your identity is verified, you will be sent a link to our premium listing agreement.
- You must return the premium listing agreement to us with your valid signature by uploading it to our site. The link for uploading is included in our verification email to you.
- As soon as we receive your signed document, and we have verified its authenticity, our staff will contact you via SMS or email to inform you that you may either post your stay on our app or provide us the information and we shall create a listing for you.
- Once your listing has been posted, you may start receiving customers via our app.
- There is no limit to the number of stays that you may post.
